Answers: No, you can't buy or sell while you're suspended. You're lucky they lone suspended you for 14 days, and not permanently. Don't shill bid again. It's against eBay rules, and it's iffy in some states.

You can't go put money on for the 14 days.. on the 15th day you can return to buy and provide but you better not do that again or your account most possible will be revoked.
