My boyfriend wants me to abet him start a business with pictographic art...designing websites and such for companies. He has adjectives the tools he needs...lately wants to know what he have to do to be 'legal.' He fixed to become LLC...but...it will only be him at first...until the company grows (hopefully). He can be a sole proprietor (single member) LLC. As his company grows he would call for to be Incororpated (Inc., Co.) You really can do all the paperwork by yourself. Just go and get a business license and call the IRS to take a EIN. That's basically it. You're on your road after that.
