Recruiting position offered surrounded by Calgary?
I've recently be interviewed for recruiter position in Calgary. I am thinking in the order of taking the job once I catch an offer (its almost confirmed).HR have told me the following about the pay:- 1st 2 weeks I'll be on commission; 2nd 2 weeks on salary
& next based upon my within acceptable limits performance on a pay + commission.
1I don't know anything about working on commissions? How does it work contained by a recruiting agency? I denote if I refer 3 people, after how will the commission be calculated; what will I get? Generally whats the % of commission?
2Which is better? Fixed earnings? Or salary + commission?
3Do recruit companies offer any benefits (like medical, dental, reverie, pension plan etc)?
4What is a average salary/remuneration of a recruiter contained by Calgary, Alberta (Canada)?
5What should be the MINIMUM base remuneration for a recruiter in Calgary? (I've hear its an expensive city). I have 5-6 years of hiring / training experience.
What are the standard terms& conditions for this jobs position?
Answers: Calgary sucks!! They couldnt reimburse me enough! Beware of the Calgarians next to giant flaming "C"s on thier shirts - they are extra stupid.
What is the best online business that is not a scam to Join ?
Answers: Hi Fitzroy,
The best online business that is not a scam to join is your own.
There are some inexpensive ways to create your own business online and center it around your interests. You just need a little bit of investment of your time and a willingness to learn. A great mentor who will truly guide you will certainly help to.
BEST WISHES !
Hi Fitzroy,
I share my experience in on line business on my website. There is big volume of information about OB on the Net. Particular things are usable for particular people. If it works for me I'll tell to all that is good thing if will not - I will say it is a scam. Of course there is a lot of scam in the field that do not work for anyone.
In any case you must learn some things before you start to succeed in on line business. If someone offers you a stuff and says "this seems too good to be true" it is too good to be true. No pain no gain!
Best regards
Ugis

Answers: Not at adjectives. I think your stuff is cute. :) It could also be a suitable idea to chat near your parents, or if you're fortunate enough to know someone who does a similar piece to what you want to do - that way you could gain some really awesome tips, so you are not fumbling around in the menacing!
Best of luck to you, this is an awesome idea. I love custom designed shirts, but deplorably I can't find many surrounded by shops.. I have to grasp them online and they're often pricey.
Nope. C:
I ponder your art's great and people would commission you :"D
