You could use it as an online encyclopedia and definitions for form terms.
You could also use adwords on the site to form the money.
As well as go ad space on your site to local physicians specializing within the field you're giving the definition for.
e.g. definition of psoriasis contains a intertwine to local dermatologist.
Good luck. Let me know if you need some help out . basically you're looking for a route to keep a repository of words, keywords, and definition, and a link from keywords to announcement buyers and G00GLE Adwords.
Will my company progress bust?
I have taken over a company that used to be run out of a larger organisation. It have been independent for nearly four years in a minute but still has connections with the antiquated company and even still uses the same premises. I am fairly sure that the old parent company is approaching going into administration and be wondering if his will affect my company at all. My company is currency rich and it would kill me if for some source unknown to me, the bank requested I bail the other company out. My company have a separate bank reason but is with equal bank and the companies directors are zilch to do with respectively other or each others businesses. Please update me I am worrying over nothing?
Answers: If the ownership of your company have been completely separated from the other company, consequently you shouldn't have anything to verbs about. It doesn't thing if your company shares space and does business with the other. The ridge can not go after your business unless the two enjoy some kind of ownership nouns.
But you really should consult a lawyer or accountant to be sure.
If you are solely sharing the building with them, after you are not liable for that company. However if they do go down you will necessitate to prove that you own any items in that building since you will be allowed to remove them.
From what you have said it sounds similar to you own your own company and they own there own company. You do business near each other and share a building. That does not breed you liable for debts.
It might be best to try and get some answers up to that time it gets to the point where on earth your company could be without premises and access to your equipment and stock.
hope it help
Not necessarily. It depends on if the separtation is total or if they have a apt portion of ownership (stock). If they have a roomy investment in your company later there could be an effect but what exactly. in good health I agree with the other character go to someone who deal in this nouns of business and make sure you hold as much info as possible to get the best answer.
If you do hold to bail out the other company, find a way to clutch over and replace who/what doesn't work and make it viable again.
As a separate entity your company should be alright, but double check in recent times to be sure.
Independent that means that your company is a separate officially recognized entity, separately owned, the only obligation it has are those it have entered into contractually. The merely issues are getting paid anything that the weak parent company owes your company (you might want to aim to minimise that in any time near is left), and perhaps your continued use of the premises. You have need of professional advice on how to optimise your situation. If you own any shares contained by the old parent, be evasive of insider trading laws.
