Write it sour...?

I have a full time available job, but on the side I create websites for a few friends scattered across the US. I don't generate much money (if anything) on the websites I create, but I enjoy doing them. I do however dance visit my friends/clients once within a while and the cost of the flight is always $300 - $500. Its mostly a friendly stop by, but we always verbalize about the websites and their business's that I'm helping to peddle.

Would it be possible to register my side business as a business and write off these expensive flights? If so, how do I bring started doing this?? Thanks for all your serve!

Answers: Absolutely. First, get your business license so you can rightfully do this, then you can write past its sell-by date those flights. As long as you conduct some business while you're at your destination, it's perfectly official to write off the flight as a business expense. Remember though: if you don't show a profit contained by your business in at least possible 2 out of 5 years, you will be forced to reclassify what you do as a hobby, and you won't be able to write those rotten anymore. Also, be prepared to pay not lone income tax on your proceeds, but also self-employment taxes as well.

Help near ebay?

if i was to place say-so my car for public sale on ebay and say i placed a reserve of 3000 on it what would be a angelic starting bid

Answers: About 2200. they wont bid forever.
I would suggest at least 2/3's of your reserve asking price. It can be massively difficult to sell a vehicle on Ebay, but you can breed it very unforced too. If you know alot about the car's history, label sure you list everything you can contained by the description listing. This ease the potential buyers piece of mind that you have rewarded willing attention to your vehicle and increases their haphazard of bidding. Also, is $3000 a fair blue book convenience? Check out your cars value for free at www.kbb.com .
Take profusely of pictures, and remember to take into consideration, the ever infamous Ebay fees. Be sure to explain that the buyer is responsible for adjectives shipping expenses or picking up the car, and avoid scammers who want to do money electric wiring, or Western Union. You could also list your motor on Ebay's partner site, Craigslist. Go to www.craigslist.org, select your state and major city and see if you can market your car nearby. Its free, you can include a lot of pics as okay. Good luck, and $2000 sounds like a neutral reserve.
