I have a project at work i am supposed to do.. We enjoy a board outside of our offices.. and I am the troop leader to roughly 13 people... the board is other empty and zilch is ever put up nemore. so my manager approached me today and requests me too decorate it but on the other hand it be sales orient.. we work in a call for center thats all sale ! so im trying to think of cool idea's minus singleing any one out.. for example i dont want to put " Robin.. you have the most sale for the month . great job ! " but I am supposed to use their stat's.. any idea's .. something creative. if i do resourcefully this will show my good control skills.. thanks !Answers: You could put a detail of top performers. Also, you could find messages of encouragement and motivation. Maybe you could also put up posters in the region of our soldiers and such.
I would also put up a letter, directly from you to your squad, about how well brought-up a job they are doing, your hours available and where on earth they can reach you if they requirement your help.

How about getting the stats from your superintendent and summarizing them into a group form. Then post something like Hooray for Our Team, The Best within The Biz! or something like that. Then find some cool descriptions from magazines or the net.Theres some cool software that makes banner and posters you might want to check out. Sounds like an interesting project. And yes, this will comfort fine-tune your leadership skills. I aspiration you luck and have fun beside it.

yea u read itAnswers: A number of links to read MSDSs are given at the reference. The best place to read them however (and the most current) is the manufacturer's website. Do this by typing the entitle of the product, say "Lysol" and "MSDS" (no quotes) surrounded by a G00GLE search. It will present you the second reference which is adjectives the MSDSs from that company. For general chemicals, type the label in quotes (ie "copper sulfate") and MSDS within a G00GLE search and you will find hundreds of hits. Remember at hand are over 100000 chemicals and many more products contained by commerce, so there is no comprehensive site. If you are looking for something deeply specialized, you will not find it and will have to contact the businessman directly.
