I suffer from chronic migraines and own steadily cutback to 3 days a week and this is becoming difficult.?
I am thinking about transitioning into another column of work possible from home. I am currently a therapist within a hospital. Any advice on legimate homebased businesses. i hold chronic migraines too and my doctor put me on Imitrex and it has help unbelievably.

Something or some thought is pressing you concrete but most probably you do not realize what it is. Changing profession may or may not help. If you start thinking that you'll enjoy to live with it. It will move about away. Takes some time, maybe few weeks though. I hope and pray for you.

If the pain is at the nape of the collar.it's chemicals in the foods that you are allergic to..chemicals that can cross the blood/brain nouns.MSG is the most common i.e. hidden beneath about 25 other name..what MSG does to me is a headache in the nape with-in eight to ten hours..diarrhea with-in 36 hours and headache and fatigue for a week. It take one week for MSG to leave you body. This is my creature experiences with headache.keep the diary and see if it's the food or place to be precise making you have migraines. Good luck.

Unless you have some serious medical condition! Have your colon cleaned by a licensed hydro consultant and change your consumption habits. I suffered for seven years next to migraines and horrible side effects from all the oral narcotics and so call treatments. My hair be falling out and I was surrounded by constant jeopardy of losing my job. I could scarcely function from day to light of day from the chronic pain contained by my head.I hold been migraine free for almost 3 years come this spring. Get a appropriate nutritionist to help you through your diet change. Stay away from MSG!

A marketplace orientated business = Primark, Matalan or even Sony (a business where the price is pitched at what the customer percieves as the right amount. With Primark the customer requests really cheap disposable fashion clothes, beside Sony the customer wants mid array reliable technology)
Product - all they caution about is the product
Market - adjectives they care going on for is selling to their customer/market segment.
Product orientated businesses are about making the best product they possibly can. These companies may spend abundantly of money on this and this may not be completely necessary because it creates deeply of wastage.
However, market orientated businesses find out what relatives want, and try to supply that... it may not be the best product, but it's offering something which nobody else can i.e. cheap flights with easyjet
bazaar orientated is supplying a product that the market wishes
product orientated is supplying a product that will sell when it hits the open market
an example could be a PS3 is supply orientated as the other two became obsolescent
nintendo ds is a product that was selling very well because it was fresh and inovative
