I work at a job on weekends individual. I work alone and every saturday when I get here at hand is a HUGE stack of misc. papers that need file.Why am I the ONLY one that can do filing around here! I HATE file. I even mentioned that filing as you budge is best and they agreed but nobody seems to do it but me!

Well, office can win frantic during the week. I work in an department and I struggle with getting my file done.
With all respect, your lately temporary facilitate. The office doesn't focus around you. You're in attendance on the weekend to make it better for the full-time workers. Look at your job that track. Do what is asked of you without complaining. If you don't close to it, go find a profession you'll like more.

I had some roommates surrounded by college who did not do their dishes and they just piled up. Same item.. we talked going on for it as an apartment and agreed we should clean our dishes... but a week subsequently the dishes piled up again. One of my clean roommates get so frustrated that she posted a sign that said, "Don't forget to clean your dishes!" That sign in actuality worked. We didn't have a problem anymore.
