Is running a franchise worthy theory to be paid profits?

Agency contract problems?
Hi.I'm having a few problems near my robbing bastard agency at the moment and I need some counsel.
The company I work for pays my agency lb47 per hour for my services of which lb2 goes to the agency to be precise subcontracting for the main agency (they hired me), I find lb23 per hour for my work and the main agency get a whopping lb22 per hour for doing not a great deal. The rate I'm on is okay below the market rate and I only just asked them for a raise which they told me contained by no uncertain lingo, no.
I now want to work for my company directly but lower than my contractual obligations I can't work for them for 6 months, I hold asked my agency to release me from my contract but, surprise, surprise, they have said no again.
Is in attendance anything I can do about this? I've be told that because I work for an agency I'm classed as part-time so the contract is worthless but this doesn't come across right at all, I don't want to be off my job because I relish it, but I can go elsewhere and acquire a better rate.

Your agency won't release you as they would loose alot of money. If you went on this companies payrol they would own to pay the agency alot of money so they would release you.
Would this company distribute you a permanent brief with them?
