I don't know where you are located but surrounded by Houston, you can be in trouble for that. If you are the one providing the liquor that they are getting drunk rotten of, then yes. You are reliable.
Here, you own to have a liquor license to hold it in any establishment excluding your home. Also, if you are serving it, you have to pick up you TABC license and you take full responsibilty of your customers to craft sure that they aren't dunk and that they are mentally sane when serving them.

Evidently some of your team are not mature satisfactory to control their selves when they have access to unlimited free alcohol, and are drinking style too much. Are they really productive employees after lunch time?
