I own not used it. I enjoy checked it out. It appears to be reasonably priced. One point that it appears to lack is the tools needed to optimize your site. Having a website is one piece. Getting traffic to it is another. You can do a comparison with the network host that I use if you would like. You will find an idea if you will obtain your moneys worth at webcentre. I hope it helps.

Those are tools I use and recommend 100%.
But here are some other design to build a website:
1. Buy one on eBay (Pretty cheap, and quick!)
2. Make one yourself (Make sure it looks professional!)
3. Hire the local net designer (expensive!)
4. Hire someone from GetAFreelancer.com to build it (A LOT cheaper than number 3)
