My friend was running an 'Ayurvedic Hospital' within India. He recently moved to Texas. He would close to to know whether he can start a traditional (Indian traditional - Ayurvedic) hosptial in Texas. Is in that any license required? How can he get licensed? He is geared up to study in a pat therapy college if needed, but will it help him to start a traditional pat center. How to distribute an unpaid debt to collection?
I just started my own electrical contractor business (no workforce, only myself) and I did a couple of service call for a company, and afterwards sent them an invoice for $640.00It's been almost three months, and I still hold not been rewarded.
I have contacted their running manager ( the one who call me asking for assistance) and their accounts payable.
They don't even return my calls, and I am tired of calling.
What's the best approach of sending this unpaid debt to collection?
Who has to retribution for the collection expenses?
Please advice.

Answers: I would first hold on to climbing the "chain" - don't know how large the company is, but surely they own a CFO, controller, or President. I would send a memo & a copy of your invoice to that person. Make sure you include documentation (signed duty order, etc...)
If you be aware of that you have NO arbitrary at collecting the debt, then phone call a third party debt collector. It's best to contact a local firm who is ACA certified.

Financial problem next to my b/f's business?
My b/f and I have seriously be talking more or less marriage lately. I consistency like he's all set to ask me soon, but the only item keeping me from saying yes is that he owns his own business. this isn't the problem, but his dad. the business be origianlly under his dads entitle until his dad filed for collapse. so now it is below my b/f's name, and adjectives of his dads business work is under my b/f's label. his dad does not file his taxes correctly, and spends business money for his personal use.my boyfriend's mom have worried about his dad screw him over in the recent past, and she just told me the other year that i need to convince him to separate his dad from his business to protect him financially. I agree beside his mom, and i did tell my boyfriend that i don't want to marry into a financial mess, and that he requirements to do something about the situation near his dad and his business.
what do i say and do to spawn sure that my b/f agrees to do so, and that he follows through? i love my boyfriend very much, and I know he loves me as very well.
