Hi!My name is chrissy, I've required to be a pastry chef for seven years now. (I'm seventeen do the math) I hold been told by oodles people that I hold the ability to supply my goods. Besides standard baking I do cake decorate and some candy making (my truffles are to die for!).
I would like to be capable of get myself specified in my nouns so I can hopefully find business. how would I go give or take a few this?

Answers: I am not an expert but here are a few ideas:
1. Find out if within is a "taste of" anything town you are in and catch a booth.
2. Offer tastings to local businesses and coffee shops to see if they will carry your merchandise.
3. If you are doing cake decorating you could start doing wedding ceremony cakes on spec (for a portfolio and even do some for free to build a clientelle).
4. You could approach corporations to bar the sweet catering or corporate gifts.
5. Try wine shops that are looking for something "new" and off the vanquished path.
6. Do you enjoy any food critic friends?
7. Could you donate a gift picnic basket to charity for a raffle?

Get some menus made up, bring some of your goodies out on the street with you, administer samples away and mitt out menus and brief description of whatelse you can do. That should work.

It's adjectives about marketing and promoting your merchandise.
Come up with some flyers and some business cards that you could foot out to people surrounded by your area. Goto local market and deli's to see if they wouldn't mind letting you leave some flyers at the front counter.
Take out a small supply in the daily that describes what you do and some contact info.
Come up with a simple website. You might want to hold a logo and a brand name basically so you are easily approved by people.

Dress smart and take some sample around the restaurants and sweet shops in your nouns for them to try. Have some business cards printed so you can leave them your details.
Take pictures of your bedecked cakes and put a small advert contained by your local paper. All the above will cost but should repay for itself when bringing in the business.

Getting specified should be easy if you are a pastry chef. If your truffles are to die for, you build up a bunch and a bunch of flyers. Go to a public place and give them out along beside your publicity. Make sure you have a really great website near pictures of what you can really do. If you are a cake decorator, advertise to manufacture wedding cake and birthday cakes cheaper than they can take in the store. Also, supply your items on line.
Take your products to communication stations and offer them to staff for a mention and perchance get a human interest story done on you, do like for news papers. They may be interested within the story by the fact that you are still so youthful. Make up a recipe for the Pillsbury bake bad. That will get you national classification. Enough?
I believe you should get a liscence to go from your home. If its to die for more people will collaborate about it.

Do you have a website where on earth you can put pictures of your creations?
