Ebay assistance again please?

Counters are usually set when you list an item - you can choose from a couple of styles or own it hidden so that individual you can see how many hits you've have.
If you click on REVISE ITEM, and then scroll down you should know how to re-set it.
When selling select detailed listing within the options you tick a box to include the counter & pick the style.
it is then displayed at the bottom of the almanac
