What do i do more or less a hearth rug appliance capitalist that wont listen to me?
i brought 2 carpet machines from a supplier 7 month ago , 1 of them have broken down twice each time need a new motor plus modern seals, the other need a new motor . the company have fixed one of them but took the other away to do at their work shop. i have be without one of my machines very soon for 20 days, i have written to the MD beside no reply as yet and ring them at least 3 times to be fobbed stale with the excuse that they are busy and the MD will acquire back within touch but never does. i have be told that i can demand my money rear from these faulty machines plus any losses of proceeds while they have my electrical device . i am so fed up beside this company but dont know where i stand as regard what action to pilfer next . my machines are not over used nor are they abused contained by any way as i verbs them after each use and look after them ably.Answers: Demand a full and prompt refund of what you compensated for the machines. There is no excuse for the treatment you have received. They are costing you money and potential business.
