Quick Books Pro 2007 ask?
I have Quick Books Pro 2007 for my business. I requirement to know how to add a deposit from my mound statement to quick books short having to draw up an invoice. One is a credit from a credit card company and the other is a credit from the hill from an error at the bank. How do I do this short a customer invoice?Answers: The CC transaction will depend on a couple of things.
Is it your company CC? (I will assume this is the case)
If is yours do you enter your CC chages through the Enter CC Charges/Credits window? If you do in recent times enter the credit through that window to the reason it orginally came out of.
If you do not use that element then travel to Make Deposit, you can enter the name of the CC company or start out it blank. Pull up the account that your want the credit to travel to and put in the communication. Save and close when done. This would also be the way to enter the Bank Error.

you might hold to record them as debit memos. I hold never used quickbooks 2007, but I have done accounting,a and im dooing bookkeeping presently.
The credit from the bank would most promising be recorder as a debit memo (i regard as entered as an item). The credit from the credit card company if its like issue as the bank (error) would be enter as a debit memo as in good health. If its a line of credit, i dont devise you enter it anywhere becuase a transaction has not occured.
