Small Business Questions and Answers

Is this a pious hypothesis?

After seeing the trouble I'm going through finding an inexpensive reception hall for my celebratory, I'm thinking about starting a feast hall rental business. I am looking to buy or build a massive building and make it formal and flowing to decorate contained by any theme/color, etc. I would have it section off so in attendance could be multiple parties on soon, but have the section where they could be removed to accommodate a larger carnival. I'm definitely going to be charging smaller amount than the other places in town (at lowest $25 cheaper).

Do you think my business will hold off and craft me some money? Or, do you think it will merely be popular during the summer months for weddings and such?

Would you rent a place that was cheaper a short time ago BECAUSE it was cheaper?

Thanks!

Answers: It would pinch some investment, but I think if you could cause it a very nice place next to nice grounds with apposite service, as word of mouth builds you could do well. It may also be a place for Christmas party, benefits, and large family circle gatherings.

One of the hang-up with getting a reception passage is availability. Having another option within your area could be a pious idea. I presume people would rent if the price be right AND they were getting a virtuous place.
depends on where you are located......
by me.the places hold a few rooms and are booked most of the time.....
catering goes along usually and if you bestow out the option you are stuck next to an empty kitchen..
would write down a business plan.IN DEEP DETAIL.....
could be great or a bomb....the business plan will give support to you figure it out...
It is a GRAND and realistic idea - but beside much to consider. From experience I know there are abundant markets unfold to you for temporary use of such a facility (keep within mind that community centers and hotels in your community may be you biggest competition). When you speak of building it sounds as though you hold considerable financial resources because of the time lost before you will in reality cash flow the facility... purchasing and rennovating sounds most average. To answer your question... cheaper is not other better... and frankly when you market the cheaper (there are far more enticing words you can replace that with) you will tend to attract clientele that are not so trustworthy or desireable and can bring more grief than "gravy". Just be GOOD and NEGOTIABLE at what you bestow and COST becomes irrelavant. I speak - go for it but consider bringing to your business nouns team expertise who know risk control, security, decriminalized pits (liquor licensure, etc.), and definitely promotion. Be agressive within your marketing... proms, baby showers, matrimony showers, before and after-game bash, company parties, etc. Toss surrounded by catering services and other assistance and you will make $$$ beyond the building. Good luck... it sounds FUN.

Answers: I guess English will not be in the curriculum.

What is difference between money and profit.?

Answers: Profit is money but money is not always profit.
thats a pretty broad question. money is just money i guess.
how ever profit is when your revenues total exceed your expenses. it doesn't have to be in cash form as profit takes into account items such as depreciation
Well for a start, money is your cash at hand and profit is the money you earn from a business or something that provides you with money. For example, you bought a poster of your favorite rock band for 50.00 and sold it for 100.00 to someone else. your profit is the extra 50.00 that you earned from selling.

Buy: - 50.00
Sell: +100.00
Profit: +50.00

Hpoe you find my answer helpful :)
-money you invest

-profit is what you get investing
