We own a profitable deli, but the location is not that great. The rent is low, we have a great customer remnant, and are well particular in the neighborhood. We work 7 days a week, and the hours are long. We be thinking, if we relocated to the Downtown Chicago Loop area, that we could be undo only during lunchtime hours as at hand is very heavily built pedestrian traffic passing by, and that would generate a intensely busy lunchtime, therefore, we could close at around 3Pm, as dead set against working 7 days a week, because we don't have the luxury of the indigestible walk by traffic. I interviewed for a national company that wants me to move to Texas for a year doing similar work for going on for the same recompense, but with the potential to generate in the $60k catalogue in a year if I do economically. So I am wondering if I should jump ship and pilfer the new errand or stay and try to develop the small company. Both have their positives, larger company more of a guaranteed potential but smaller company I would swot up more, possibly make more if we can find our niche. Plus I'm not sure if I want to stay within the industry but for the time being I hold to pay the bills.
