Retail business deduction?
A partner and myself have begin selling merchandise on Ebay. We run the business out of an apartment. We are not incorporated, so i am wondering. can the two of us get deduction on dinners, and lunches that we eat together? And anything we buy for the business is deductable, correct?Answers: Supposedly anything that costs you money to craft money should be deductible. But you must have receipts and be capable of prove how that cost helped you produce money.
Keep receipts for everything, even cleaning supplies and toilet paper. You want to keep your bureau (or apartment) clean and supplies topped up. And as you would expect you also need desks, chairs, shelves, department supplies, pens, thesis, etc. What ever you need to hold your business going should be deductible.
You are allowed to deduct 50% of entertainment costs ( contained by Canada anyways), but again you need receipts and to be capable of prove how these costs helped you manufacture money. I don't think the management will consider you feeding yourself as entertainment, but hang on to some of the more expensive diner receipts and tell them you took customers out to cheer up their business, or had a long business slot that required members to be feed.

Would a loan from a wall by a business, on a report payable, be considred contained by the retained income?
Would it at all affect the retained returns, if so would it be positive or negative?Answers: Loans are not proceeds, they are liabilities. The proceeds of the loan would effect your change flow statement, not the balance sheet.
Is there any free to join home based business?
Answers: You should check out http://www.firstinforeview.com they tell you what you have to do to start an internet business with out having to join a program. The information on this site is free.
There are lots of free/low cost to join businesses, but that doesn't mean it will work for you. You need to enjoy the business or it will come across to potential customers and business partners. What is the % you earn on the products, is it a product that people will buy once or is it a product they will use up and need to repurchase. Is their a long term income potential or do you have to keep selling to make money. You need to look at all aspects of any opportunity before you invest your money and/or time.

I had searched myself for something that would be "free" to make money at home - LOL - unfortunately, in my opinion, these are not going to make you any substantial income - if any at all.
While our team's home business is not free - we do have a 120 day (4 month) money back guarantee to refund your start-up cost with our company.
We do not stock, sell, deliver or place orders for our customers but do receive a commission and bonuses based on their ordering directly with the company we set up their accounts with as account brokers.
If you would like some more information or have any questions - please review the link below and we can set up a time to chat.

Many of the Network Marketing companies have very low entry costs but any serious business (one that you own) requires some investment.
I'd be happy to discuss with you.
