How can I trade name my babysitting buisness more sucessful?
I'm 13 years old and started babysitting my cousin at 12. I own sent out flyers and everything, I even had a friend who agreed to do it to, but I still own no replies. What could I be doing wrong? I've put who, what, when, and an email adress.Answers: Hi Lolly
To this point you've told them about you and what you requirement. Talk about what they have need of. How will you keep their kids entertain and interested? Are you creative? Can you draw? Will you read to them? Tell them you're flexible with hours. Can you cook? Are you perfect at making popcorn? Can you show a 10 year old how to work their ipod better? Can you give support to with homework? Tell them.
Now for the who. You're not looking for 10 customers that settle up OK. You're looking for 3 or 4 customers that use you often and money great. In other words, don't appeal to the masses. Seek the difficult income, affluent disposable income families. They put away out more often. They budge to movies and they even travel to nice places [with a responsible sitter!]
Get a card printed. Be ready. Frequent elevated end stores and when you see the trappings [jewelry, clothes, motor and of course kids] absolution your interruption and introduce yourself. Smile. Say hi to the kids. Offer a reference. Ask if they are interested. If they already hold a sitter, offer to crawl in at a moments perceive. Give it some time. Persist. Study. Practice.
