Want to approachable bakery & enjoy no perception how 2 open. I'm an amateur baker w/lots of tallent but no formal training
I want to open a bakery but I own no clue where to start. I hold a BS in an unrelated enclosed space (neither busines nor culinary arts) and up until today I was planning on entering the robustness field. Please consent to me know where to inaugurate and if any programs exist that would be of any help. Also, I own no formal training in culinary arts but I own a lot of untreated tallent. Open to any suggestion, please help.Answers: it expect u should start something small..dont open a store at once. bring back some experience.work in a bakery and see how is it done...plus u requirement alot of money to open up a shop..u gotta find a store..consequently remodel the way u want..later cooking supplies..its a lot of work..if u really want to overt one immedialety then u should find an expert on this
Try to trade name a simple menu and try baking cookies for insentience and work your way up to the harder things.
Opinions and tips on selling on eBay...?
I am expecting our first child in June and will not be capable of return to work. As many can probably relate to, it will be really difficult for my SO and I to make it on one income.I am a thoroughly good quilter/sewer and hold been thinking roughly speaking making quilts and/or doll clothes to sell on eBay. I've be doing research and I'm still hesitant as to whether or not this might be worth the while.
I'm unsophisticatedly looking for any opinions and/or tips on my belief if you are willing to share them. Thanks surrounded by advance!
Answers: Just preserve in mind that almost EVERYONE think they'll become millionaires selling crap on ebay. Have you seen any late-night infomercials lately?
start slow, and don't count on making a living bad of it. but who knows, you jst might hold a great product that everyone wants...merely don't try to rape people next to the ridiculous shipping charges. :)
Go for it. Ebay is a wonderful way to support your relations...soon, your husbands income could just be play money...
Being competent to sew well could be amazingly beneficial to you.There are many things you could build that people would want to buy .ex.. curtains (I rewarded 30 for a handmade set of curtains on ebay - when they got here, I realize I could have made them myself within about 5 minutes for roughly 1/4 of the money, but I like them anyway) , boppy covers (big purveyor - but don't use Boppy in the title of your almanac.your items aren't made by Boppy , so it's considered keyword spamming) - use nursing pillow cover instead..I'm sure there are masses more things you could make...
Quilts are nice but next to all of the work you'll put into them and the cost that go into them, you probably won't make much of a profit side-line..
Before you sell, stir to ebay - community- answer center. Spend a few days reading the boards. You will learn closely. There is a lot to know and a great deal of rules that you'll need to be aware of so you don't violate policy.
Use auctiva for picture hosting. Design templates and supplementary pictures are free.ebay charges for these.
