what happens if you money for an item on ebay but dont recieve it from buyerAnswers: I am in dispute beside a seller presently. EBay and paypal both have library of my winning bid and giving, but when I contacted her, the seller said I never bid. I enjoy filed a complaint through the resolution center at eBay, and am currently awaiting the seller response. If she does not send me the item I purchased and salaried for, eBay will take endeavour against her. I will also be able to carry my money back since I purchased it using paypal.

If you paid through a credit card any directly or through paypal, contact your credit card company/Paypal ASAP!! Then dispute it with ebay.I purchased a $500 cell phone on ebay and the purveyor had positive feedback but I never received the phone. I contacted Paypal and ebay right away, it took nearly 3 weeks but I was finally refund my money! :)
You start a claim through Paypal or eBay. They will sometimes help you... Sometimes not.

No it isn't. It is a scam where you buy it and find out that what you really are learning about is adwords and clickbank affliate programs which in themselves are VERY hard to make money with. Add to that the fact that they represent it as rebate processing and well you can see they are just out to scam a buck.
Sadly this is all too prelavent on the internet. It seems that there are more scams out there than real opportunities and from my experience it is very much been that way. Luckily I have found a company that is absolutely the real thing but there is of course real work involved as with any legitimate opportunity.
