GoDaddy is a great company to work with. I started out beside Yahoo Small Business, but was not relieved with the restricted number of templates available 2 - 3 years ago. I go to GoDaddy and have be very thankful with their service and support.
GoDaddy, Yahoo, G00GLE and a host of others own packages that you pay for and they wander you through the steps to get yourself up and running.
Once you enjoy your site going, start to research SEO, which stands for Search Engine Optimization. Decide what strategies make sense for you and use them. SEO is the singular way to draw from your site to show up in internet search. It could take years to take enough hits to category high contained by G00GLE, but you can cut that time frame down dramatically by using some of the tricks of the trade so to speak. Good Luck!!
You got to take a website established first with loads of company.Say 500 a day for starters.
How do I do that you ask?
Get a virtuous website designed, coded and hosted: Don't skimp on these items but dont go batty either!

Is it best to sell cards in a shop for £2.00 or £1.99?
Answers: £1.99...so you think your not spending as much as £2...silly but it works and has done for years.
£1.99
its cheaper for people to buy, and it annoys people like me who think 'why on earth dont they just put £2 and be done with it?!'
£1.99 every time. Even though everyone knows this old trick, it's still "under two pounds" when they're justifying their purchase. It's a psychological thing.
1.99 looks cheaper
1.99 just sounds better
Pricing is a very psychological game. By pricing at 1.99, in the mind of your customer, your price is below 2.00. That's why large ticket item retailers like car dealers will price a car at $24,995 rather than $25,000. A person is more likely to purchase if you don't break that invisible barrier to the perceived "next" price level.
shops have used the .99 for years for a very good reason. IT WORKS!
It is also possible to price them at £4.00 with a line through that and "reduced to £2.50" or to say Ordinary cards 1.99, "luxury cards £2.99"
The psychology is not all one way. Many shppers want to felel they are buying an expensive item that mere mortals cannot afford. If you need an example, why would anyone buy cocktails that cost £thousands? not because they are thirsty, but to brag about. Hey advertise a special valentine card with Gold leaf writing on it at £19.99 with "When you REALLY love them" i.e. implying that you are a cheapskate if you don't buy this card.
