Fedex and not reciveing packages?
helloi ordered something online and it was shiped fedex. after a while i notice i recived all packages from that order session < from other shippers> but fedex i did a track on the package and they said they droped it on my portch on the 30th on jan .i didnt work on the 30th of jan and i have friends over in morning on computer < computer tv and other things 3 foot from portch> and no one see a truck or driver ..called fedex and they said oh you get it < in indian voice> it be about a 300$ item is within anyway i can talk to someone within states near me in the order of this or anyway to get at most minuscule my money?
Answers: Go on line to the FedEx network site. Enter your tracking number and request signature proof. You will be able to print it and use that to prove that you never received the packet. The company you ordered it from will most likely enjoy to be the one to try to get money out of FedEx - and apt luck at that.
Oh, thats something that I dont understand give or take a few this fedex or UPS. Most of the time, they will deliver it and if they thought you are not at home or nobody's home, they will just put it outside, that happen to me once though. They just put some confidential papers contained by our stairs. Maybe other people can pick it up or steal it, who know. You need to contact the Fed-ex, they should enjoy customer service number and report that to them.

i had someone buy some "shells" from me a few days ago.they received them broken "apparently", shes be real shady.
she keep contacting me on my email address, not thru ebay, which is not "permitted" per ebay regs, and she didnt purchase insurance, and shes claiming shes contacting paypal for a refund, what give? is she intitled for a refund??

Answers: In my evaluation, she's not entitled to a return, especially if you offer insurance and she didn't purchase it. It's also possible that she's lying through her teeth and they aren't broken, she only changed her mind or broke them herself. I would be firm with her and not hand over in to the threats she's making.

ok, this is what i want to do. i am an independent consultant for a direct sales company, and i want to put a sticker for the company on my saloon with my personal information. would i hold to get commerical auto insurance only for the fact that the sticker for my business is on my saloon if i use the car more for persoanl use than business use?Answers: No, you shouldn't enjoy to have "commercial" auto insurance for something similar to that. I would just craft sure that your liability amounts are at least the business minimum though. I don't know if respectively state is the same or different on that on though.
