Buying Wholesale - Online eBay Business Only - California - HELP!?

Hi, I'm trying to start up a strictly online eBay business in California.

I'm freshly confused on what all I call for. I want to buy wholesale, so what permits and license would I need to buy wholesale? Do I necessitate the business license and the reseller's permit (is the reseller's travel document the same as a seller's travel document?) and that's it? Or are there other licenses/permits I obligation?

Thanks in advanced.

Answers: You would want to contact your local city government to confirm the license that you need (for the city) and your state affairs of state to confirm licenses and permit (for the state).

Generally a reseller's permit and seller's security are the same article. If you are going to sell on EBay I would suggest that you look for products that you individually like and are well-versed. Drop shipping is definitely something to explore, but you don't have need of a warehouse nor do you need to invest a large amount of money. If you do need storage, I would suggest a storage company close to you. Get a small unit to originate with and trade up as you want more space.

This is a great page for information for the State of California

In Britain can I reasonably restrict my staff from departing the premises during compensated and unpaid breaks?

I have an branch of staff who regularly leaves site on breaks often returning behind schedule. When challenged she claims that she can do doesn`t matter what she likes on her break.

Answers: If you are paying her during her break time consequently your company employee encyclopaedia should outline exactly where and when body are allowed to take breaks. If she is NOT human being paid for break time later she is allowed to go anywhere and do anything she wishes. If you are simply upset that she is always slowly then, again, I'd vote your comapny's employee almanac should outline the definition of late and the consequence of repeat delay. This is the only piece you can enforce. Many companies have punch cards that human resources must use every time they check in or out of work. This is the "proof" an employer wishes to follow through with discipline or a reprimand.
If it is an unpaid break she can do anything she desires, including leaving the nouns.

Can your boss ring up you at home or on your cell to work when your sick or on break?

Are there any policies or law against a boss calling you to take keeping of tasks when your home sick or on vacation?

Answers: That would be determined as to whether your an exempt (Salary) or non-exempt (Hourly) hand in most cases. An exempt hand is usually expected to be available when needed. Most managers will not bother an member of staff when out sick or on vacation unless that hand has a specific piece of information that is to say needed.

An hourly employee within most cases is paid extra if they are contacted to work whether it is by getting on-call retribution or overtime pay. My company pays an hourly hand a minimum of two hours if they are called to work outside of their middle-of-the-road schedule.

The bottom dash is that you need to check you hand handbook if it is a sizeable company.

If none of the above applies to your situation I would discuss this with your boss.
customarily NO.
depending on u contract will define their ends.
if u are hourly definite NO
When you are on leave your boss can call you to work but he have to show the exigencies. when you are sick & at home with prior permision ,he cannot. If you are callously absent ,next you will have to prove your bug
This is general policy, Sorry I do not know the exact Law Provisions.
