things are pretty slow at the moment so are ther any ideas to create more clients?Answers: Make Business Cards and also do a referral system.. Give 20% past its sell-by date or so if they refer a client
Put fliers up around the city. People notice them at stop lights and such.
Make a funny and obvious commercial. Then people will remember your business and phone on you when they need your assistance.

Answers: i know you will need a business license (DBA) and you will need to be licensed and bonded or else they not going to do business with you
if it was residential then you wouldn't need it
