if you're applying for a loan and if it is a big amount, banks and even the government's Small Business Administration may consider the following factor:
- Your business credit history. If none, your personal credit history
- A business plan explaining what the business is
- Your background and experience surrounded by the business -- in my experience, this is KEY contained by the eyes of the bank because they want to build sure that you know what you are doing and that you can make the business work. Banks oftentimes prefer to approve loans for items that can be identified, has stable value, and can be repossessed and sold if things fall short.
- Your equity investment. Banks and SBA will not lend you 100% of what you need, but requests to see that you yourself has put money into your business.

Answers: Yeah.it takes a while before any info on your listing gets updated. Just keep checking back every now and then. You probably can't see the changes, but they have been made. :)
It should show up after an hour or a few hours.
Type in your listing title in the Search and see if it comes up.
There is a delay in the listing showing up to the public but you should see it in my Ebays my items for sale pretty quick.
