Do I involve a resale license for eBay?
I was thinking in the order of earning money from home using eBay by buying within bulk or wholesale and reselling items individually. I'm not really sure of the legal issues surrounding this.Has anyone have experience with resale on eBay? Do you inevitability a license?
I live in Kansas if that have any impact on whether I need a license.
Answers: It typically depends on the city or county you live surrounded by. Many areas do require some sort of business/resale license to legally conduct business online, even through eBay. Also, to be official, you are required to claim the money you make as income on your taxes. Contact your local city and/or county to find out what the specifics are within your area.
Also, if you plan to do this, I outstandingly encourage you to get hold of a separate checking account for adjectives of your buying and selling related to it. It makes it soooo much easier to track and help make sure you don't accidentally dip into change you need for bills and such.
All that said, if you don't really plan on making this a big time item, it is highly unlikely that anyone would ever find out what you are doing online, or would even attention to detail. It really all depends on how decriminalized you want to be.

obedient luck i started about 3 years ago and it be really hard i go through about 10 different suppliers and it be terrible one guy surrounded by china got arrested ...dont ask he would never update me another just kept my money its sucks but i did the alibaba and tradekeys and its not that great i found one supplier but it took me a long time to find him but you dont call for to go through what i did i would live on the computer checking sites suppliers and i would distribute my money and i swear to you i wouldnt sleep at night i would reflect on they would take my money i stingy its my money i worked hard for it and the one time they took it i be pissed but i guess thats what all buyers and seller go through in good health heres the 2 websites i buy off of its chinese though but he does angelic business i just dont figure out him sometimes haha well heres his e-mail newly put in a pious word for me he will give me a better discount on my subsequent purchase :) my name is johnathan clifford gratitude id really appreciate it. heres the email addresse bestpricesupplier(a)yahoo.cn his english pet name is scottie
