We have a guy who have been hand out flyers for us but he is not an employee beside the company. We usually pay him lolly, but now we would resembling to pay him a comission as economically but he is doing this on the side. I need to know what to do in the order of this for tax reason. Any help would be great.Answers: Have him planned as a Independent contractor. The tax form for you would be 1099-MISC.
you sign him up as an independent contract. he will be responsible for adjectives his own tracking of hours, money and taxes.

However, for wide storage today I simply recommend that our clients scan the data, put it on a safe and sound storage unit and maintain it always.
