Starting a CPA firm?
Can anybody give me some guidance on starting a CPA office.About how much money is needed, should i rent a material office or work from home. Any links or info roughly starting a cpa office is greatly appreciated.

Education and knotty work are the key, unless you are extremely consummate and get lucky adequate to be discovered.
But, finding work that will make you lots of money is still a "job", unless you love what you do. I believe it be Thomas Edison who said, find what you love to do, and you'll never have to "work" a hours of daylight in you vivacity. I found my niche 23 years ago.

causing a section357(c) gain tribute, can i prevent that recognition by contrubuting a promissory minute? if so what court cases could you recommend as reference?Answers: S357(c) forces gain detection if the liability of the transfered property exceeds the adjusted proof of that property. i dont think issuing a transcribe would help to avoid this but i dont know for sure.
