Answers: Many places don't pay their hairdressers, they only make money from tips. In other words, you can work an 8 hour day, but if there are no customers, you walk away with nothing. Also, it doesn't cost anything to give someone a haircut, just the one time fee of a pair off sissors.
Most barber shops charge barbers a weekly or monthly rent on the barber spaces (work area), plus the owner of the shop, in most cases, cut hair too

Answers: I hold just registered, as capably, and I know that a site called auctiva.com let you upload and store your pictures for free. I think ebay charges almost 15 cents per picture. I would check it out! It's completely free.

If you plan on joining ebays affiliate program do not use auctiva because they snipe commission as they are also an affiliate of ebay. There are things you can do if you use turbo lister for free to build your auctions look great.
As far as some pointers, I have be selling on ebay for 5 years now and I am a gold ingots power seller so I freshly have a few words of proposal :)
I am not sure what you are selling, but if you accept paypal I would with the sole purpose ship to confirmed addresses because if you ship to confirmed address you are somewhat covered for fraud through paypal. If you ship to an unconfirmed address, you own no seller protection at adjectives.
Also, I have notice since I added a return policy that I have gotten alot more bids and relieved satisfied customers. (I go Coach Purses) and people who are buying on ebay are other a little awkward and unsure but feel more comfortable buying from a merchant with a return policy. For mine, I charge a 20% restocking charge and the purse must be returned with tag still attached and with the bequest receipt so that it can be resold as brand topical with tag again. Make sure you clearly state your return policy on your auctions.
Also, ebay offers an a"in the region of me" page where you can recount your sellers a moment or two more about yourself and your business and I really mull over it is a good hypothesis to fill this out as it caring of personalizes your relationship with you and your buyers when they can munificent of see more about you and how you do business.
**ALSO.I notice the person using auctiva said you can upload your pictures and stuff approaching that but if you upload your pictures to photobucket, you can copy and past the picture from photobucket into your actual book on turbo lister to avoid paying the fee ebay charges for respectively picture after the first one and all of your pictures are still on your auction.*
