I just received a 1099 misc within the mail from one of my network design customers, and I don't think I should hold been issued a 1099. I am an independent business, and I do not work for the company that issued me a 1099. p.s. you enjoy to include all income reported on the 1099s (which you would hold to report, whether or not you received a 1099), but you do not include copies of the 1099 with your income export tax return, as you would include copies of W-2s.
