i sell the media, meaning i'm a solicitor, and we tend to flog the mercury and chron around san jose, so idk perhaps you might want to work next to us, you go to nouns or something
btw you just own to be 13 to work, and its GOOD money esp for someone your age cause i'm 17 and i'm making serene a bit for just 2 hours of work a light of day lol
haha im 14 and im in santa clara! tightt.
anyways...you first hold to have work warranty before you can start anywhere thats a big business i.e. tacobell, safeway etc. they hold those at your school. once you own a permit, you can jump to places [like i named above] and merely set up an appoitment or whatever you enjoy to do to be hired.
if you don't want to work in a big business, you could do things around your neighborhood. for instance, rake leaves, mow lawns, do dog walking [thats what im trying to do], babysitting etc. a short time ago think of things that you're inclined to do.
good luck =]

If it be me, I would go to tons of garage sale, thrift stores and auctions looking for good deal, then resell the stuff on eBay. I don't in reality know where my nouns got adjectives her antiques to sell. Good luck!
The best mode to get products to trade on eBay is from Yard Sales.
If you go to patio sales on Saturday morning - be untimely to get the bargain you will pick up excellent deals.
Make sure you negotiate not easy to get the price down - as remember you fashion money when you buy - not when you sell.
Then push your item correctly on eBay - make sure you show heaps of devout photos and start it at $1. This will create a bidding frenzy.
You can make heaps of currency doing this. Personally I make money every weekend doing this.

I recently passed the course and exam, and am not sure where on earth to go from here. I'm not afraid of working rock-hard, but I don't have greatly of capital for business cards and a professional wardrobe right away. Do I really want a car? I'm also not sure how to interview Brokers, or even which firms would be right for me.Answers: Congratulations on endorsement the Exam! If you are new and your fund are fixed, Iwould suggest Citi-Habitats, Royalton Realty or Manhattan Apartments. They do rentals and it's a good approach to make some early cash. They are centrally located so in that is a good arbitrary for walk within traffic, They also do a lot of exposure, which brings in a lotof call.
Hi Congratulations on passing the exam. Now you can simply walk into any organization that has a sign stating they are looking for spanking new agents. You interview the broker just close to any job would interview you. Ask question about the type of training they hold out, do they have a full time secretary to answer phones, how are call distributed to agents, do you have a desk tax and what other fees are you expected to pay. You ask do you enjoy to pay a franchise allowance and what is the percentage. Then you ask about what type of split they propose. How do you get rewarded after a closing. Just to give you a few. I am also surrounded by the NYC area and if i can backing just consent to me know.
