Whats an average wage for a Receptionist/Administartor, after 2 years should you be entilited to a pay packet rise?

from what you speak you're on about lb14,000 a year so really it's pretty average for a short time ago 2 years in the situation. did you have any experience of like peas in a pod work before this mission?
also sorry to be the bearer of bad word but there's no legal right to enjoy a pay rise. if you're getting at lowest possible minimum wage then that's adjectives they have to salary (assuming they are not paying a bloke more than you for the same job)
if you perceive like this you enjoy a few options, you could:
-talk to your vein manager informally just about it
-stop doing things like making tea (or anything else which isn't section of your contract or is a reasonable duty as per your undertaking description)

-find alternative employment where on earth you'll hopefully be appreciated
