Ok, I know it sounds crazy one someone says they want to overt a hotel, but I had this perception for a while and feel ambitious. I currently live contained by the US, I am only 18 and attending college majoring within business..I own land surrounded by Jordan (jerash) and would like to manufacture my own hotel, or motel.. There is currently no hotels in Jearash, but a huge constraint for accommodations since it attracts lots of tourists..

How viable of a business is a collectibles store - keywords cards pierce sword undertaking data etc?
I am interested in initial in a collectible store sooner or later as a business with me and a cousin.
