How to start a online clothing store?

I've been making and selling custom Lolita dresses, designing & printing tee-shirts, and artwork/fashion prints for friends for a long time immediately and decided to put my services out surrounded by public now. But I'm a touch lost at where to start. What do I use to put together a online store? Where can I buy cheap, bulk t-shirts and other items like coffee mugs, etc.? I don't want to use Cafe Press though because It's not as custom as I'd close to. And anyother tips would be liked.

Why some business plans fail?

Answers: Business plans fail because of

1. Goals set by the entrepreneur are unreasonable.
2. Goals are not measurable.
3. The entrepreneur has not made a total commitment to the business.
4. The entrepreneur has no experience in the planned business.
5. The entrepreneur has no sense of potential threats or weakness to the business.
6. No customer need was established for the purposed product or service.
There are almost as many answers to that question as there are words in the English language.

But probably the majority fall into two categories:

(1) the owners didn't work hard enough.

(2) the business plan wasn't viable to start with.

Started a brand new errand. Taking the place of a member of staff who still works within. What should i do?

The employee does a poor position but she is well like. The boss wants to hold her and use her as the receptionist but he has not told her I am taking her duty. I have be there 3 weeks in a minute. This job is not one you can share and I am afraid her poor work will fashion mine look bad. We are both starting to grasp possessive of our work.

Answers: Be brave and actually hold an honest conversation with your boss. Tell him/her what your concerns are. Do not get any demands (unless you want to put your job on the line). Just state the facts/concerns as best you can. Most importantly - volunteer a solution! Bosses hate culture who come in "complaining" more or less a situation and then expect the boss to deliver the answer. So roughly, your conversation should be akin to:
"Hi Boss. I wanted to parley to you about some concerns I enjoy with the current situation. The position you have given me is a one-person available job and having two us do the work is cause friction between us. I know I can't violate our trust and tell her the solid situation. Since she and I will continue to work together when she is switched to receptionist, I am worried that our relationship will be strained beyind repair. I realize you may not be all set to make the full transition at this time, but probably we can provide her the details of the plan and a timeline. She is probably worried that she is going to be fired altogether, and her knowing she still has a chore will probably give her piece of mind."

Anyway, that's how I would button it!
