Hotel restuarant headship question?
The owner of a hotel is leasing out his resturant. He basically desires some to be able to serve breakfast to his cutomers etc. They already enjoy license to run but what do I need to conduct operations this. I will be hiring the staff (waitress, cook, cashier, dish washer). I hold no experience except for working at a front desk and night auditor at a hotel preparing street light breakfast and managing a business in a different industry.
