Select your state surrounded by this map and it will direct you to the local SBA. Just call them and ask what possible assistance you can seize

I get scammed near PayPal, what can I do?, PLEASE READ IT!!?
i am an unexperienced seller on ebay, i programmed an ipod and someone made an instant paypal payment , she didn't bid on the item,so i received an email confirmation, although the expenditure never went through contained by my balance, so i asked paypal what to do, and they replied road too late,so i shipped the item to nigeria because "paypal" the deceitful one, told me to or they would contact authorities,so i did, just to cause it short, i never got the clearing, and i lost my ipod plus shipping fees, now i claim paypal to reimbursement the value of my ipod and they will not do it, even if it took them course more than 2 or 3 days to answer me, which is the time stated on their website,the buyer is a woman who aparently has nought to do, is someone whose ebay, paypal and email accounts were hack and used to scam me,i have tons of information to convey to paypal but there's no email address where i can convey this info,since this was a fraud nearby is no record of this transaction within PP, so they wont do anything.Answers: You may have to bit the bullet on that one and as an ebay retailer, never sell anything to anyone overseas. Period!!

You will probably enjoy to write off the experience as an expensive training. Most sellers online simply will NOT trade or ship ANYTHING to Nigeria. I would suggest reading some of the posts on message boards about "Nigerian Scams" so you'll better realize what may have happen.
