Need answers from business owners please.?
I am in the process of starting a business. The problem I own is monetary. It will be a profit company with 40% of profit going spinal column to charities and organizations. A portion of the plan is free tutoring and assistance with study software on computers. Also, giving the opportunity to children to play sports and become very productive. Most VC's want 30-40% return. In everyone's judgment, do you think a business would donate to this even though it is not a non-profit business. It is a great basis. There will be a great deal of force to get parcels ready and sent out. I am more than of a mind to do so but I would like to win a multiple opinions to see if it would be logical. Thank you for answering.Answers: You're confusing 2 different missions. Making money, and giving rear. It's a lot easier to do the giving spinal column, after you've made the money. You can also do it the other way. But it's really firm to do both at once.
And, you haven't talked in the order of what the heck this business is supposed to sell. Is it a charity or a business? Businesses confer about market, sales plans, roi.
What are your reason for choosing to be a for-profit company, rather than a nonprofit? You will find near are advantages to being a nonprofit, especially if you qualify as a 501(c)(3). You're also much more promising to get others to donate.
If 40% of profit is going subsidise to charities, where are you planning on the other 60% going?
