If you go to your local post bureau, you can get them unquestionably FREE of charge. I'm not kidding. Go to the clerk, report to him or her what size you need and it's yours for the asking. Your duty dollars pay for these things. You can also demand them in bulk online at www.usps.com and you'll merely have to settle up a small handling charge (like a dollar or something). I've done that several times.
PLUS you can also get them through Ebay -- free of charge. They're like boxes you'll get from the post bureau, but they'll have an Ebay logo printed on them.
