Good Luck
You want a website where on earth you can have control over the domain moniker. http://officelive.microsoft.com/ is free and you get to chose the domain label. You can get creative namewise at http://nameboy.com You nouns like a local business. If so, you should peddle on http://craigslist.org
LLC ... what to do?
Starting out a business with mother and brother selling dresses online. How should i register? I'm orientated towards an llc. also should i get a license contained by Massachusetts or Utah?Answers: An LLC is primarily going to be used to protect assets in grip of a lawsuit. Yes, you can take some rates deduction, but that is to say possible anyway if you formed a partnership/business.
I would go ahead and form the LLC within the state where you live. Yes, in attendance are some privacy issues that can be gained beside an out of state company, but you are going to have to settle the state tax where on earth you live anyway.
Also, you can pay an attorney or cpa to set it up for you, but I've set them up up to that time using your state's department of state website usually for a lot smaller number money and it's really no that hard to do.
Best of luck to your clean venture!
An LLC will contribute you some liability coverage, but in your strip of business it wouldn't be a priority. A partnership would be the quickest, easiest legal entity to start out beside. Many corporations register in Delaware or Maryland. If you are a small company, I doubt it will concern much.
