He bought real estates using CDO loan beside 3.5% and fix up the houses then supply it.
He then go on to bigger even more expensive real estates!
Now he into commericial building and other property.

Why don't you read his book, "The Art of the Deal"? You can check it out at your library. It's a great book and will answer adjectives your questions surrounded by detail.
