If you provide items on ebay for bread, is the money pretty apt PT?
Or did it turn out to be more like FT work?About between what amount to what can one form per week?
per month?
Well, I've many things to provide of my own for starters--both new and used items.
Perhaps around 8OO-1000$ worth
But be thinking of eventually having my own business on within.
Hopefully there aren't too several problems to deal near on there
Seems similar to it has its angelic pts. though :-)
Answers: I've done e-bay and still do every so often, both buying and selling. It's pretty straight forward, and I've never have any problems. I use pay-pal. so you get the funds right away.
it's a tricky press your asking, as to how much money you can make. It really depends on if the item sell, and how many folks starting biding on it, sometimes it can stir a bidding war, the bidding go way up. Some times the item simply doesn't sell. It's a opening you take.
write down ~ you have to reward a fee for putting you items on splash, the amounts all depend on how you aspect your items and the amount your selling it for.
How do I "micro-manage"? (I honestly don't meditate it's a discouraging thing)?
I recently begin employment as an office controller within a small company near a lot of potential for growth. There is a big emergency for me to stay on-task and beyond. At the moment, I've learned the essentials of what is needed of me. Some of the tasks I take on own been reduced to immensely minimal, if any, errors. I've introduced new concept that work. I handle the whereabouts and schedule of employees, our expenditure documents, meeting transcription, daily tasks etc. Outlook, although a great calendar tool, does not work all right for me as I am many atimes away from my desk, and I find that notebook are a bit messy. Can anyone offer any suggestions that enjoy worked for you when it comes to staying on tasks and anticipating their boss's next step?Answers: Get a elder version of a palm pilot and sync it near Outlook. That way you can convey it around with you and after sync up once or twice a day to hang on to your tasks and schedules up to date.
Sounds approaching you are on the right path, in a minute just enjoy a sit down with your boss (schedule it, don't do an impromptu) and see if he/she feel that you are living up to their expectations. Bosses love when an employee asks, "I newly want to take a few minutes and dance over the past few weeks to see if you see anything I could do to be better"
Good luck
Well...I am not sure what you plan by Micro-Managing.
I have have a hand surrounded by running corporations since I was 13 and I am 46 very soon. Micro-management to me means that you will not allow your workers to do their jobs lacking asking you if they are right.
However, it seems that you do not know what the permanent status means. You are conversation about computer programs. You use cute little lock in phrases such as 'stay on task'. That is a bunch of crap. Stay on task in truth means doing your work! I can do it without a computer program...I don't hold to be reminded what needs to be done.
If you hold to have a computer program to be in charge of...then you don't belong within! Yes, they are a great tool...but they are only as flawless as the information entered into them and the conculsions taken from that information.
I hold never tried to stay on tasks...so I don't have a clue. However, I own done what it takes to preserve everything on schedule. I know how to find the materials and the suppliers that would get them within on time. I did this while managing 4 different departments. And, if I ruffled a few feathers of the human resources so be it...I have never missed a deadline.
That might not nouns great...as I was a cultivator, printer and now a tariff accountant. But it actually is, I have quotas and deadlines to gather round in every situation.
Want a bit don't Micro-Manage...teach! Your doing that anyway...and agree to the other people do their job.
I learned something a long time ago...don't take home yourself non-replaceable in a undertaking...you will never get a promotion!
