What is the average com. earned by a fedex ground driver when he/she delivers a package.?
Answers: I applied there years ago---it was once something like $1.80 per package--they do not get paid by the hour unless they are a substitute driver, keep in mind a regular driver has to pay for his own fuel, and his own truck, it's a bad deal to be a fedex ground driver especially with the lovely price of fuel
They get paid like 16 to 20 to start an hour and it grows from there.

While you might share all the responsibilities equally, surely respectively of you has your own strengths and weakness. How will tasks be divided? Are one of you better at sales? Perhaps watching the finances? I would strongly recommend using titles that will describe to society outside your business what you do. You can both be titled "Partner". Or you could choose titles like "Business Development Director", "Chief Financial Officer", etc.
