Tracking an item bought from ebay?
I recently bought an item from ebay, and I want to see the current shipping status, similar to for ups, when you buy an item they give you a tracking number to track the product you buy, im wondering how u can track it on ebay?Answers: How and if you can track it on eBay depends on how the peddler shipped the item. If he used PayPal to print a pre-paid shipping label; move about to your "won" list on eBay. Find the seller's ID and click "spectacle order details" surrounded by the drop down box next to his nickname.
Or if that doesn't work, go to impossible to tell apart place and click "view PayPal payment" He could own entered your tracking number contained by there.
Or I don`t know he emailed the number to you.
If the tracking number you get isn't clickable, you only go to usps.com or ups.com and enter your tracking number near.
If you still cannot find your tracking number, ask your seller. But if he hasn't contacted you near it, it's a good bet that he did not bring a tracking number.
For future purchases if you want a tracking number you may not request it. They may or may not ask you to money extra for it. But I personally would not repay for it, it's benefit is mostly to the seller.

What would I do if I wanted to trademark my band name and etc?
Answers: you have to file application before Registrar of Trademark, on this application you have to prove that the Brand or logo on which you want trademark is you are using from last three year and it is your solo property and no other one are using the same , after receiving your application Registrar of Trademark will publicize your demand in trademark journal then you have to wait for four month, and as per procedure if any one have any objection they can raise objection and if any one don't take any objection on the same Registrar of Trademark will finally issue you Registered certificate

Technically, you'd want a service mark rather than a trademark. Trademark is for products, service mark is for services. A band is a service first and a product second.
You must register with Patent Company..
