Hi. I've been creating a restaurant business plan and when I get to Staffing Description I had no opinion what to include. Is there anyone who is aware with this? 1. How many ethnic group and what shifts and the coverage of the open hours of your business.
2. Contingency plans as okay as costs associated for when you suddenly get a rush of customers but enjoy less coverage afterwards needed.
3. Wages and the associated costs (payroll, taxes, benefits)
4. Source of employees, and availability within the area.
5. Typical hand demographics (high school students, summer break, vs. hotel restaurant paperwork graduates who own years of experience) and why you chose this setup
6. Management of the employees and a brief description of your proposed policies.
Staffing contained by any business is a very essential section, it is how you bring in sure that you as the owner are not going to be doing EVERYTHING yourself.
