Who know roughly speaking introductory a minicab company?

Answers: In the UK you usually have to enjoy a licence from the local council (GLA in London).

In London within is also a split between mini-cabs and traditional 'Black Cabs'. The former must be pre-booked, and only black cabs can 'ply for hire' i.e. pick up from the street.

Also memo the traditional cabs are very expensive - you are probably better hiring one from a specialist company
Where are you located? In Michigan, Cabs are required to be registered locally and own an MPSC license, or Registered through the Michigan Dept of Transportation if operating state wide.
Carry 1.5 million of liability insurance on EACH element. Have an annual inspection by a DOT licensed mechanic and form filed annually.
If you are going to own employees, within is workers compensation insurance. There are many other nominal fees and documents involved.
Good Luck!

Although the word taxi is used as a nonspecific term, public taxi or Hackney carriages are licensed to pick up passenger from ranks in public places, through pre-booking and by mortal hailed on the street. Private hire vehicle can only transport customers who enjoy a prior booking and face steep penalty if caught trying to solicit customers on the street.

A taxi and private hire business can be run by a sole trader, operating a single vehicle from home. Alternatively you could operate a hackney cab fleet, either as a co-operative of self-employed drivers operating from designated premises, or as a fixed company employing drivers who hire their vehicle from the company.

Black cabs ('proper taxis') are very expensive. There are some companies who rent or lease out cabs to qualified drivers, but afterwards you have to budget for payments to them.

In London the licencing authority is the GLA (Transport for London)

You can take the tax ego yourself but the paperwork is nuts.
Nope, the paperwork is NOT nuts. IRS has an online form you can riddle out. It's easy and hasty.

From the IRS: "An Employer Identification Number (EIN) is also known as a Federal Tax Identification Number, and is used to identify a business entity. Generally, businesses have need of an EIN. You may apply for an EIN in mixed ways, and now you may apply online. This is a free service offered by the Internal Revenue Service."

Link below. Hope this help.
You get that from the IRS.

It's called TIN Taxpayer Identification Number.

Easy to get hold of, you don't have to wages for it, but you get it from www.irs.gov. Follow the knit below for the info page.
It will definatley be a good opinion to register your company's name ... this will ensure that you're not accidentally using some else's baptize or vice versa some one else cannot use your name.

see an accountant who will do adjectives the work for you ... Get set up and once you have adjectives the paper work etc you can drop the accountant and do your own dissertation work.
