Who can write disclaimers?
I need to write a disclaimer for my website and services. Who does this? Does it cost plentifully? Any online recomendations?Answers: We're in the contracting business and on adjectives of my proposals I have copied speech from other contractors bids. Find some contracts within your profession and lug what you like stale theirs and discard the rest. Usually you will be legal if it is written. You hold the right to ask for most anything you want in your own contract.
Hi JJ, regularly I notice simpler answers receive the vote... So I'll give it my best shot next to some brevity.
1) Anyone willing to write a disclaimer can write one - including you.
2) I wouldn't salary more than $300.00 for a custom made one. The upside to paying for one is their is some legal recourse beside the attorney if he/she messes up.
3) I have specified many folks that used disclaimers from sites already having them. I can transmit you now that most lawyer doing it will do the same point. It's already been done - so they a short time ago replace the company & site names suitably. Making minor tweaks for your situation.
More info - NOTE - these are uk sites - USA legal verbiage may swing a bit.

What should I include??
Heya, I'm thinking about posting some leaflets/cards through some peoples missive boxes locally advertising cleaning and babysitting, etc, what other things could you suggest i should include around myself? Also, what other activities could you suggest I could pass out for others in decree to raise money? Bear surrounded by mind, I dont drive. Thank you, all suggestions appreciated xxAnswers: State your age and sexual category, some elderly people grain more comfortable with someone as like peas in a pod gender around. Some ethnic group wonder as to why you are trying to raise money, so it could be included, but some inhabitants look at it as unacceptable so that one is rather "iffy". Don't put anything in someone's mailbox. I don't know where on earth you live, but in some states it is iffy, and some will prosecute, try posting signs at local businesses or your public library. A place where those go on more or less a weekly bases, but get lots of business. ie: grocery stores, library, movies, etc. Try to make your signs more appealing to the elder and the middle aged parents 20-30, they are going to be your best candidate and usually supporters.
Actually you don't want to stick things in peoples' mailboxes--that's certainly illegal and you possibly could be fined depending on imperative. You could put them on folks doors or car windshields.
For cleaning--what will you do? Windows (inside and out), only just one time, regular, etc? Give folks a good belief. I hope you're insured and bonded--I'd not want to hire anyone who isn't. Probably need a business license as powerfully.
Babysitting--are you CPR or first aid certified? I hope so and would want to see that noted.
Probably would like to know something around you--age, sex, any kind of career you have in a minute or had just this minute. References available? Pertinent education?
Suppose you could do courtyard work; serve as companion--light cooking, reading, etc. for disabled.
Make sure flyer is easy to read--light thesis of some sort, dark ink, LARGE print, not cluttered. Going to hold a web site for more info? Put that on in that too.
As you don't drive, I guess you'll be working for your neighbors so bear that surrounded by mind--don't give them page of stuff or create a mess with the ad, etc.
Good luck--and decide surrounded by advance if you want lolly or checks, etc. and have some policies contained by place as these issues will come up.
It is not illegal to transport out a mailer in the UK so the first post is irrelevant.
Concentrate on your USP's ( Unique Selling Points ).
One is your local, so what else almost you is good, you could include reliability, express returns, offer referals from smiling cutsomers, special price for new customers.
