How can i find out if my new business name is already used. Or if i cant use that name for my new business?

Answers: you have to contact your state's state department.

to find out the website, go to http://www.G00GLE.com and type in "secretary state" (without the quotes) followed by the state you live in.

then click your state's website, and look for business filings, etc. and then do an online search.

new york

illinois

hawaii

if you own "xyz corp" and nobody else in your own state is using it, then you are gold. if you want to own xyz corp in more than one state, then you also have to register the name in the states you want to operate in.
Most of the state have a database of business names that is available for public viewing. Check online.
If the name is taken, you cant have it. But, of course.

As a new Retail Merchandiser I would resembling to know what a planogram is?

Like, here is where the hackle dye goes --- number 42 black, subsequent to it goes the dye number 40 squirt black etc. etc. As a merchandiser you will be required to follow a planogram rather than use your own judgement as to how things should look. Everything's be figured out for you. Planograms will be provided to you.
Not sure how you get the job in need knowing that, since it's the end-product that you'll be expected to put out.
