I am about to start printing some materials (business cards, etc.) for my photography business to brand it official, but can't imagine of a name. I'd resembling it to be something catchy, modern, but it doesn't necessarily need to suggest weddings only (b/c I can include the tag file at the end... Weddings and Portraits by Liz). I have a crappy boss who does not know how to coach and mentor empire, except to say use ur resorces and be more self suficcient. I hold never heard of a master black belt getting his belt by probing for answers. I have however hear that his master showed him exactly how to bow, move and attack his enemy. Now our business near two assistant managers (me and another person) have been suffering from poor ceremony because of it. I have have many negotiations about MY recital, and the distirct manager is presently coming down on us as well, but when he dialogue it souds like he is taking the manager side, sometime using the same words i own heard from the mngr. back. It seems similar to these people are swift to get rid of us, or replace or demote us, instead of mentoring and coaching us. I am frusrated. Thinking to stir back a step, the opposit of what i chose for my carrer, is to climbe the corp. latter. What should I do?Answers: Crappy bosses come and dance as do employees who reckon they have crappy bosses. If the sale department that you co-manage is suffering from poor performance, next you are focusing on the crappy boss as the problem rather than looking for solutions. Start looking for solutions and motivate the sale force like you want to be motivated yourself. Be a angelic boss and let the rest rob care of its self. If you are truly interested contained by climbing the corporate later, consequently be the best employee you can be. You can effortlessly do that by working smarter AND harder yourself.
